Cerqa provides a wide range of supply chain management services to manufacturers. Materials provided include printed materials, CD-ROMs, and other media along with microphones, sound cards, powercords and similar products that are all delivered on a "just in time" basis in order to satisfy the customer's manufacturing requirements.     

Cerqa links supply and customer demand as closely as possible in order to reduce costs, minimize business risk, and better meet customer expectations for performance and quality. This allows customers to increase the focus on their core competencies while simultaneously reducing the total cost of ownership of the products and processes outsourced to Cerqa. We provide our customers with a comprehensive range of supply chain management services which include:

  • Providing supply chain planning to ensure availability of product while minimizing inventory on hand.
  • Providing electronic interfaces with customer systems in order to minimize manual processes and maximize availability of information.
  • Managing the procurement of hardware components and other material used to produce, assemble, or ship products.
  • Managing inventory that Cerqa acquires or produces.
  • Assembly of hardware components.
  • Fulfilling orders by picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping products.

Cerqa further offers a suite of services that provide customers with a "one-stop-shop" for their outsourcing requirements.

Capabilities include:

  • Recall services including website development and management, customer database management, database analysis and data cleansing, fulfillment, call center management, product testing, and return product management.
  • Complete back office services for customers including printing, CD replication, packaging, warehousing and fulfillment.
