About Cerqa

Cerqa is the supply chain management division of Nationwide Graphics, Inc.. Nationwide Graphics is a holding company with two operating segments, supply chain management and commercial printing. Cerqa has partnered with Nationwide's diverse commercial printing facilities located in Las Vegas, Nevada; Miami, Florida; Atlanta and Valdosta, Georgia; Auburn Hills, Michigan; and Houston, Texas in order to fulfill customer requirements.

Copyright Printing, Inc., the predecessor to Cerqa, was founded in 1990 by John Davidson as a provider of print services. The Company grew quickly due to its focus on customer service and soon needed additional facilities. This required Copyright Printing to open a new location in Austin, Tx, where the company occupied 33,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space. In June 2000, Copyright Printing, Inc., was acquired by Nationwide Graphics. This acquistion resulted in a company name change to Cerqa in order to better portray the dedication towards providing its customers a full suite of supply chain management solutions and not just printing.

In response to Cerqa's major customer expanding into Nashville, Cerqa opened a 12,500 square foot facility in Nashville for manufacturing, distribution and assembly operations. In September 2000 this space was expanded to 25,000 square feet. Cerqa's continued growth once again required additional space in Austin. Cerqa devoted the entire Manchaca facility to printing operations and moved its corporate offices into a 33,000 square foot facility in North Austin in October 2000. Along with the corporate office, this facility includes 7,200 square feet for assembly and an additional 19,000 square feet for warehousing. In February 2006, Cerqa again expanded into Kernersville, North Carolina with a 4,500 square foot facility for manufuacturing, distribution and assembly operations.
