Prescriptions. Cerqa's prescription coverage offers affordable
prescription rates for plan members.
Dental insurance. The Cerqa dental plan is a traditional indemnity
dental plan that covers preventive care 100% with varying deductibles for other
services.
401(k). Plan for the future with Cerqa's 401(k) savings and
incentive plan, which allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars towards your
retirement nest egg.
Cafeteria Plan. Cerqa’s Cafeteria Plan offers you a tax-advantaged
way to help pay for you and your dependents’ coverage under the group medical and
dental plan maintained by Nationwide Graphics, Inc. and its affiliates, which is
available as an optional Covered Benefit under the plan.
Life insurance, short- and long-term disability. Cerqa provides
its employees life insurance equal to their annual salary plus optional short and
long-term disability. Our Human Resources department will answer your questions
about this important portion of your benefits package.
Vacation and holidays. We have 8 company holidays. You accrue two
weeks of vacation per year. After only five years of employment, this increases to
three weeks.
Employee referral program. Our philosophy is "The best refer the
best!" If you refer someone who is hired, you'll receive a bonus only 90 days after
the person's start date.
