About Cerqa

Cerqa is the supply chain management division of Nationwide Graphics, Inc. with four operating segments, supply chain management, commercial printing, media duplication and promotional products. Nationwide Graphics is a consolidator of medium sized printing companies throughout the United States. Cerqa routinely partners with Nationwide's diverse commercial printing facilities located throughout the country in order to fulfill customer requirements.

Copyright Printing, Inc., the predecessor to Cerqa, was founded in 1990 as a provider of print services. The Company grew quickly due to its focus on customer service and soon needed additional facilities. This required Copyright Printing to open a new location in Austin, TX, where the company occupied 33,000 square feet of lite manufacturing, warehouse and office space. In June 1999, Copyright Printing, Inc., was acquired by Nationwide Graphics. This acquisition resulted in a company name change to Cerqa in order to better portray the dedication towards providing its customers a full suite of supply chain management solutions. In March of 2001 Cerqa continued it’s commitment to excellence by becoming ISO certified.

In response to Cerqa's major customer expanding into Nashville, Cerqa opened a 12,500 square foot facility in Nashville for manufacturing, distribution and assembly operations. In September 2000 this space was expanded to 25,000 square feet. In February 2006, Cerqa expanded into Greensboro, North Carolina with an initial 4,500 square foot facility for manufacturing, distribution and assembly operations. Because of Cerqa's rapid growth in the Greensboro area this facility expanded to 25,000 square feet in December 2006. Cerqa's continued growth once again required expansion in Austin and in January 2007 Cerqa consolidated it's two Austin facilities in the current larger 88,000 square feet facility. In January 2009 Cerqa opened the new 10,000 square foot facility in El Paso, Texas in order to expand international capabilities via Mexico.

Cerqa's continued growth over the last 19 plus years it derived from it's commitment to providing superior customer service and continually enhancing services to fit customer's needs.
