FTP Instructions

Instructions for using Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer:

  1. Using Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer, go to ftp://ftp.cerqa.com/. You will be prompted to enter a username and password provided by your account manager or sales associate.

  2. If you are using Internet Explorer, click the 'Page' tab, and then click 'Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer'.
    3. Click to Page Tab on the Menu Bar
  3. You may be asked to provide the password again. Close the window. You will be directed to the Inbound Folder.
  4. Before uploading your files, please zip all files into one compressed file using an appropriate filename. Include all fonts and linked files that may be included in artwork.

  5. After copying the files to Inbound folder, send an email to your account manager and/or sales associate letting them know what files to look for on the FTP site.
